Can the pcji-20 help you?

What a PCJI-20 pilot can help a team explore

Workplace culture problems are rarely caused by one thing. Weak communication, inconsistent accountability, team friction or low confidence in speaking up can have many causes.

PCJI-20 does not diagnose an organisation or provide a complete answer on its own. It offers a structured way to explore how constructive judgement may hold up when culture is tested by pressure, hierarchy, uncertainty, accountability or competing priorities.

Why people do not speak up

PCJI-20 can help explore whether people appear open to challenge, willing to raise concerns constructively, or more likely to stay cautious when hierarchy and social risk are involved.

Inconsistency in accountability

The assessment can surface how people respond to performance concerns, standards, responsibility and difficult conversations.

Explore a focus on too much short-term delivery

PCJI-20 explores judgement where immediate results may conflict with longer-term standards, trust, safety or effectiveness.

Collaboration reliance that leads to a lack of decisiveness

The assessment can help prompt discussion about whether collaboration supports clear ownership and constructive challenge, or becomes a way to delay action or avoid responsibility.

When values are clear, but behaviour is inconsistent

PCJI-20 focuses on the decisions people may make when living those values is inconvenient, uncomfortable or risky.

Important context

PCJI-20 is currently in pilot development. It is intended to support learning, conversation and assessment development. It is not currently designed for recruitment, promotion, disciplinary action, dismissal or other high-stakes employment decisions.
