Playbox data protection commitment:
Playbox Consultancy is committed to responsible data protection and transparent use of assessment data.
The Target Triumvirate is currently a pilot-stage workplace judgement assessment. Data is collected and processed to provide participants with assessment feedback, support organisational insight where applicable, and contribute to ongoing research, refinement and validation of the assessment model. We apply the principles of transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation and secure handling.
Depending on the version of the assessment being completed, Playbox may collect:
Assessment responses
Generated assessment scores and profile outputs
A unique pseudonymised respondent ID
Optional demographic information, where consent is provided
Organisation or cohort identifiers, where the assessment is being completed as part of an organisational pilot
We do not ask respondents to provide personal addresses or unnecessary identifying information as part of the assessment.
Assessment data may be used to:
Generate individual feedback for respondents
Provide structured insight for team or organisational development, where applicable
Support pilot analysis and assessment refinement
Improve the reliability, structure and quality of the Target Triumvirate over time
Where results are shared with an organisation, this will be made clear as part of the assessment process.
Where the assessment is completed as part of an organisational pilot, Playbox may provide agreed result summaries or exports. These may include assessment scores, profile themes, interpretation bands or group-level patterns, depending on the agreed pilot arrangement. Demographic information is not included in organisational exports unless this has been explicitly agreed, lawfully collected and is appropriate for the stated purpose.
Data access is controlled and restricted. Where organisation-specific access is used, organisations only receive data linked to their own agreed cohort or pilot group.
Assessment data is hosted securely and handled in line with applicable UK data protection expectations.
Respondents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data where applicable. Each respondent may be issued a unique ID that can be quoted when making a data request. Playbox will handle data requests in line with applicable UK data protection requirements.
Pseudonymised assessment results may be retained for research, analysis and validation purposes. Where demographic data is collected, it is handled separately from core assessment outputs where appropriate and is not used to identify individuals unnecessarily.
Respondents may request deletion of identifiable or pseudonymised records by contacting Playbox.
