Data protection and privacy
Playbox Consultancy takes data protection seriously. PCJI-20 is currently in pilot development and is designed to support team learning, assessment refinement and culture-development conversations.
What data may be collected
When someone completes PCJI-20, we may collect assessment responses, basic contextual information and contact details where these are voluntarily provided.
We do not collect unnecessary personal information, and we aim to use the minimum data needed for pilot analysis and development.
How assessment responses are used
Assessment responses may be used to:
- support early PCJI-20 development;
- review item performance and response patterns;
- generate anonymised team-level insight where an organisation is participating in a pilot;
- inform practical development themes and discussion prompts.
Team-level reporting
For organisational pilots, Playbox focuses on anonymised team-level patterns rather than individual labelling. The purpose is to support reflection, learning and better culture conversations - not to judge, rank or profile individual employees.
Important employment-use boundary
PCJI-20 is not designed for recruitment, selection, promotion, performance rating, disciplinary action, dismissal or other high-stakes employment decisions.
Data access and storage
Assessment data is handled carefully and is only accessed where needed for analysis, reporting, development or agreed pilot activity. Where data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
